WNC consultation on the draft Local Plan (Reg 19)

The West Northamptonshire Local Plan will guide future development across the area to 2043, including housing, employment, infrastructure, transport, and protection of the built and natural environment.

This consultation provides an opportunity to comment on whether the Local Plan is legally compliant and sound. Representations received during this consultation will be submitted alongside the Local Plan for independent examination by a Planning Inspector.

As the plan proposes 1,500 houses north of Buckton Fields, Boughton Parish Council are instructing an independent planning consultant to prepare their submission.
