Resident’s request access from Buckton Fields to Fairmile is re-instated

Boughton Parish Council were informed that an informal cut through from Buckton Fields to Fairmile has now been fenced off.

The Parish Clerk has spoken with a representative from Bloor Homes who confirmed they installed the fence due to a request made to WNC’s planning team. Bloor Homes confirmed there is no designated path as part of the planning permission granted.

The Clerk made Bloor Homes aware that:-

  • a parishioner has created an independent petition to re-instate the access to Fairmile
  • Boughton Parish Council will discuss the issue at their next Parish Council meeting on Monday 15th September

The Clerk will update the Council’s website as and when appropriate.
