Internet issues to Boughton Parish

The Parish Clerk has spoken with OpenReach regarding the damaged equipment. They have advised they will make the equipment safe but ultimately it is for the service provider  (e.g. BT, Sky etc) to contact them and request repairs.

BT were unable to discuss the matter with the Parish Clerk as the Parish Council are not an account holder. BT did advise that compensation may be payable but the account holder must notify them of issues on their account.

Unfortunately, the Parish Council are limited in the support they can offer but it is recommended that you contact your service provider to log the issue and claim any relevant compensation available.
