Rights of Way in Boughton

Without prejudice to the Parish Council’s discussion with Moulton College:-

Below is a copy of the Rights of Way in the Parish of Boughton.

As detailed in the Council’s minutes, discussions have taken place between the Parish Council and Moulton College, via their agent, to discuss permissive footpaths. Moulton College are agreeable to a permissive footpath providing circular access to the fields known as “grotto” and “cottage fields” which are located past the stream and on either side of footpath “CC2” up to the Parish boundary.

Heads of Terms for said agreement have been prepared and a draft of the agreement was sent to the Parish Council on 12 September. We await further comments but hope to finalise the agreement soon.

We hope the public appreciate that until the agreement is finalised, it is difficult to release any further details at this stage.
