The event will be held on the open space “Meadow Green”. The site can be accessed via foot by Home Farm Drive, Glebe Road and Highwaymans Close. The site is outlined in red in the image below.
Should the emergency services need to access the site, parking around the site will be restricted. Anyone not attending on foot, please inform the Clerk if you require parking.

Below is a short video of the partners already involved. The event is free to attend and the entertainment has been provided by the Parish Council. (Please note the street food traders are selling food/drinks).

Tickets
Tickets are on Eventbrite. You must order your FREE tickets, (one for each person attending) so we can keep track of numbers.
*** We are asking for 70 parishioners to form a circle around the beacon with their own torch (from home or a mobile phone) to represent the 70 years of the Queen’s reign. Tickets are limited but holders must be available from 9.30pm (so please bear this in mind and only order a ticket if you know you can fulfill the role).***
Parishioners are invited to bring their own picnic blankets, camping chairs etc. All rubbish must be taken away and the site left clear.
